EWS, BPL Online Admission in Private School 2021-22 Online 2nd to 12th Admission 134A Scheme Haryana, 134-A Haryana
- For filling the form online please use www.134a.hr and click on school registration on the top right hand corner. Note: Do not use any other link.
- Schools will only use their UDISE code for registration. If the portal does not accept the UDISE code or the school faces any other challenge, please email to haryana134a@gmail.com stating the correct UDISE code and appropriate proof.
- In the primary details page, the school name will be pre filled based on the UDISE code. If there is any error, please write to the above mentioned address with the correct details and appropriate proof.
- Admin Mobile Number used for registration on the tab ‘Primary Details’ cannot be changed. Please enter the same carefully. OTP and subsequent communication will be done only through the registered Admin Mobile Number.
- After entering the admin mobile number, please click on “click to verify” to receive OTP. Filling the OTP is mandatory to proceed forward.
- Once the Primary details page is filled, click on save and next to move to the next page. Only after clicking on save and next the schools can login again later using their UDISE code, in case they do not have time to fill the form in one sitting.
- If any school has clarifications about their primary details, contact your respective BEOs/DEOs to get the right details.
- In the Address details page, the latitude and longitude details of the school are asked for precise location. On the search bar located there, type the name of the school and click on search, it will take the location of the school.
- The fields: Total annual fees, Number of seats reserved under 134A, Available seats for new admission cycle are calculated automatically based on the data filled by the school.
- Please fill the fees and seat details for every class separately. For Classes 11th and 12th, please fill the seat details as a breakup of science, commerce and arts.
- Please fill the bank details of the current operational account of the school carefully. Any mistake from the side of the school might result in failure to receive reimbursement.

- ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरने के लिए कृपया www.134a.hr पर जाये और ऊपरी दाएं कोने पर स्कूल पंजीकरण पर क्लिक करें। नोट: किसी अन्य लिंक का प्रयोग न करें|
- पंजीकरण के लिए स्कूल केवल अपने UDISE कोड का उपयोग करेंगे। यदि पोर्टल कोड को स्वीकार नहीं करता है या स्कूल को किसी अन्य चुनौती का सामना करना पड़ता है तो कृपया इस इस ईमेल पते haryana134a@gmail.com पर सही UDISE कोड और उचित प्रमाण के साथ लिखें।
- प्राथमिक विवरण पृष्ठ में, स्कूल का नाम UDISE कोड के आधार पर पहले से भरा जाएगा। त्रुटियों के मामलो मे कृपया उपरोक्त ईमेल पते पर सही विवरण और उचित प्रमाण के साथ लिखें।
- पंजीकरण के लिए उपयोग किए गए एडमिन मोबाइल नंबर को बदला नहीं जा सकता है। कृपया इसे ध्यान से दर्ज करें। OTP और बाद में संचार केवल पंजीकृत एडमिन मोबाइल नंबर के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।
- एडमिन मोबाइल नम्बर दर्ज करने बाद , आपको click to verify पर क्लिक करने पर पंजीकरण OTP प्राप्त होगा | यह भरने के बाद ही आप अगले पृष्ठ पर जा सकते है |
- एक बार प्राथमिक विवरण पृष्ठ भर जाने के बाद, अगले पृष्ठ पर जाने के लिए Save and next पर क्लिक करें। Save and next पर क्लिक करने के बाद ही स्कूल बाद में अपने UDISE कोड के साथ फिर से लॉगिन कर सकते हैं, अगर उनके पास एक बार में फॉर्म भरने का समय नहीं है।
- यदि किसी स्कूल को अपने प्राथमिक विवरण के बारे में कोई भ्रम है, तो सही विवरण प्राप्त करने के लिए अपने संबंधित BEO/DEO से संपर्क करें
- पता विवरण पृष्ठ में, सटीक स्थान के लिए स्कूल के अक्षांश और देशांतर विवरण पूछे जाते हैं। वहां स्थित Search Bar पर आप स्कूल का नाम टाइप कर सर्च पर क्लिक कर सकते हैं, यह स्कूल की लोकेशन ले लेगा। किसी भी समस्या के मामले में, ऊपर दिए गए ईमेल पते पर लिखें।
- फ़ील्ड: कुल वार्षिक शुल्क, 134A के तहत आरक्षित सीटों की संख्या, नए प्रवेश चक्र के लिए उपलब्ध सीटें स्कूल द्वारा भरे गए डेटा के आधार पर स्वचालित रूप से भरी जाती हैं।
- कृपया प्रत्येक कक्षा के लिए फीस और सीट का विवरण अलग से भरें। कक्षा ११वीं और १२वीं के लिए, कृपया Science, Commerce और Arts के लिए सीट विवरण भरें |
- कृपया स्कूल के चालू बैंक खाते विवरण को ध्यान से भरें। स्कूल की ओर से किसी भी गलती के कारण फीस अदायगी के दौरान समस्या हो सकती है।
